The Neurofit team is here to help you integrate the Vitals SDK successfully. Whether you have a technical question about the API, need help diagnosing an unexpected result, or want to discuss your license, the channels below are the fastest way to reach us. To get the quickest resolution, please include the details listed in the “What to include” section with every request.
All processing in the Neurofit Vitals SDK is entirely on-device. No user data, scan results, or biometric signals are transmitted to Neurofit’s servers or any third party — so our support team will never have access to your users’ data. When reporting a bug, please share only the error codes and log output relevant to the issue.

What to include in a support request

Providing the right context upfront eliminates back-and-forth and gets your issue resolved faster. Please include all of the following in your first message.
1

SDK version

The exact version string of the Neurofit Vitals SDK you are using (e.g. 1.4.2). Find this in your Package.resolved, Podfile.lock, or build.gradle dependency declaration.
2

Platform and OS version

Whether the issue occurs on iOS or Android (or both), and the specific OS version on the affected device — for example, iOS 17.4 or Android 14 (API 34).
3

Device model

The hardware model of the device where the issue occurs — for example, iPhone 15 Pro or Samsung Galaxy S23. Certain behaviours are device-specific, so this is important for reproducing your environment.
4

Description of the issue

A clear description of what you expected to happen and what actually happened. Include any relevant screenshots or screen recordings if the issue is visual or relates to scan quality.
5

Relevant error codes or log output

Copy the full VitalsError or VitalsException value, including any associated message. Paste the relevant section of your Xcode console or Android Logcat output — filtered to your app’s tag helps us identify the root cause quickly.
6

Steps to reproduce

A numbered list of the exact steps that reliably trigger the issue, starting from app launch. If the issue is intermittent, note the approximate frequency and any conditions under which it occurs more often.

Validation report

The Neurofit Vitals SDK has been independently validated for measurement accuracy across a diverse participant population. If you or your organisation need to review the technical validation methodology and results — for example, for procurement, compliance, or research purposes — the full report is available below.
