The Neurofit Vitals SDK is sold under a perpetual license with no per-scan or per-user fees. Once you license the SDK, the outcome data your users generate belongs to you — not Neurofit. Choose the tier that fits how your team ships: a compiled binary for fast integration, or the full engine source for teams that need to audit, extend, or deeply embed the measurement pipeline.

License Tiers

Binary License

A perpetual, transferable license to the compiled iOS and Android SDK binaries. Includes annual maintenance releases and source escrow so you are never locked out of a build you depend on.Best for: Teams that want to ship quickly without managing native signal-processing source code. What’s included:
  • Compiled .xcframework (iOS) and .aar (Android)
  • Perpetual, transferable license
  • Annual maintenance updates
  • Source escrow agreement
  • License key for SDK initialization

Source License

Full ownership of the Vitals engine source code. Read it, audit it, fork it, and integrate it directly into your own native stack — no black-box dependencies.Best for: Teams building regulated products, custom OEM hardware, or deeply embedded health platforms that require full code visibility. What’s included:
  • Complete iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) engine source
  • Perpetual, transferable license
  • Annual maintenance updates
  • License key for SDK initialization

What Both Tiers Share

Regardless of tier, the following applies to every Neurofit Vitals SDK license:
  • You own your users’ data. No biometric or outcome data is transmitted off-device. Your users’ health data is yours, not a vendor’s.
  • No per-scan or per-user fees. Pay once for the license; scanning volume does not affect cost.
  • On-device processing only. The full measurement pipeline runs on the device — under 1 MB of binary footprint, no network calls required.
  • Transferable license. The license moves with your product if you sell, restructure, or spin out.
The Neurofit Vitals SDK is a wellness tool validated against the Polar H10 chest strap. It is not a medical device and is not cleared or approved by the FDA or any other regulatory body. It must not be used for clinical diagnosis or treatment decisions.

How to Get a License

Licenses are issued after a short discovery call. The call lets the Neurofit team confirm your use case is a good fit and answer any technical questions before you sign.
1

Schedule a call

Book directly on the Neurofit Calendly page:Schedule a Vitals SDK Call →
2

Sign the license agreement

After the call, you’ll receive a license agreement for the tier you selected. Review, sign, and return it.
3

Receive the SDK and your license key

Once the agreement is countersigned, Neurofit delivers the SDK files (binaries or source, depending on your tier) along with a license key that you use to initialize the SDK at runtime. Keep this key secure — it is tied to your license.
If you are evaluating the SDK before committing to a tier, mention that on the call. Neurofit can discuss evaluation arrangements for qualified teams.
